Payment options
ChiCura ApS accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, MobilePay and Paypal.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical product is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or reject the payment.
All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.
In case of customs bills in countries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for the payment.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark - Kroner (DKK), Euro (EUR)
ChiCura ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders.
ChiCura ApS' own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
Shipping and delivery
The delivery time for your order is usually 1-2 working days in Denmark and up to 7 working days outside Denmark.
Delivery area: We deliver to all countries worldwide.
ChiCura ApS ships goods with the following: Pickup, GLS, UPS and PostNord.
The freight is calculated based on weight.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery" in DK.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs are at your own expense.
You must notify us of your wish to cancel no later than 14 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
Requests for the right of withdrawal must be sent by email studio@chicura.com&To which the standard withdrawal form must be completed and sent (see the form at the bottom of the terms and conditions).
Posters are framed on request. In this specific case, it is a custom-made item and therefore cannot be returned.
Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item is tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to ChiCura ApS to assess the condition of the item.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty applies to all defects in software, material and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be notified to ChiCura ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods.&Here, a maximum of two months is considered reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint is waived by incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
